1. Go to the screen page you want to screenshot.

2. Press the Print Screen key (labeled as PrtSc) on your Acer keyboard. The screenshot is automatically saved to your clipboard.

3. Open up a Windows built-in feature that allows you to paste and edit images, like Paint or Microsoft Word. To use Paint, type Paint in the search bar at the bottom-left on your laptop or desktop computer, and click Paint from the search result to open it.

4. Right-click with your mouse and click Paste in the menu that appears. You can also paste the screenshot on Paint by pressing Ctrl + V.

5. If you want to crop or resize the screenshot, click Crop or Resize at the top-left to adjust the size. You can also play around with the various editing options at the top of the Paint dashboard to get your desired result.

6. After editing the screenshot, Save it under the title of your choice by clicking File at the top left, and then Save.
